I have only just noticed that Australia and New Zealand share
the same Smarties packaging, or at least they did when this tube
was made. |

This 36.5g Smarties tube has two customer service addresses on it: One for Nestle Australia, the other for Nestle New Zealand. It also clearly states 'MADE IN THE UK'. There is another clue with the UK lid. Best before 30/06/1999. |

If you think I imported a 3kg bag from Australia, then
think again! I 'borrowed' this image from an
ebay listing on Ebay-Australia in October 2006. From what I can
make out, these Smarties were made in
Australia. |
